Jim Cunningham PE SE RLS CM is an experienced engineering professional with a strong background in civil engineering and project management. Currently serving as the Airport Development Resident Engineer at Dibble Engineering since January 2021, Jim has previously held significant roles, including Deputy Director of Transportation at Pima County, where responsibilities included project delivery and maintenance operations. Other positions include Public Works Division Manager and Civil Engineering Manager at Pima County, and Civil Engineer roles at AECOM and ADOT. Jim earned a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering, graduating Magna Cum Laude from the University of Arizona in 1990.
