Victor Minoso has a background in engineering and construction. Victor is currently serving as a Chief Inspector at M&J Engineering, P.C., a role they have held since May 2020. Prior to this, they worked at Tectonic Engineering Consultants, Geologists & Land Surveyors, D.P.C. from June 2015 to May 2020. During their time there, they started as a Staff Engineer and worked their way up to become a Senior Engineer. Before joining Tectonic, Victor also gained experience as a Construction Aide at the Michigan Department of Transportation from May 2013 to August 2013. In this role, they inspected and oversaw the payment for work done by contractors and subcontractors on the M-43 project.

Victor Minoso, P.E. holds additional certifications as a Professional Engineer (PE) from the New York State Education Department, obtained in August 2022.
