Aaron Parker, ARM, has held various roles throughout their work experience. Aaron started their career at Lambda Chi Alpha Fraternity, where they served as an Educational Leadership Consultant, coordinating expansion efforts and providing consultative services for undergraduate chapter officers. Aaron then became the Associate Director of Chapter Services, managing a department and handling crisis management-related visits. After that, they served as the Director of Risk Management and later the Director of Housing.

Following their time at Lambda Chi Alpha Fraternity, Aaron joined the Texas State Office of Risk Management as a Risk Management Specialist. In this role, they provided risk identification and loss prevention services to State of Texas entities. Aaron conducted annual audits, evaluated loss histories, and made recommendations for corrective actions.

Aaron then transitioned to Concordia University Texas, where they became the Director of Risk Management & Insurance. There, they built and directed the risk management department, managing insurance claims and developing the institution's risk management and compliance program.

Currently, Aaron works at MJ Insurance as Senior Vice President of Commercial Insurance. Aaron previously held roles as Client Executive and Vice President of Client Experience within the company. In their current position, they are responsible for overseeing commercial insurance operations.
