Allison Graziani is a seasoned professional in the insurance and nonprofit sectors, currently serving as a Client Executive at MJ Insurance's Sorority Division since October 2014. Key accomplishments include founding the "Real Talk" podcast and the “MJ Connect” mentorship program, alongside managing six national sorority client accounts and advocating for client experiences. Prior to this role, Allison gained valuable experience as a National Consultant for Chi Omega Fraternity, where extensive travel and training efforts were made to establish new chapters. Educationally, Allison holds an MBA from Purdue University and a BA in International and Area Studies from the University of Oklahoma.
