Ann Poland

Ann Poland has over 29 years of work experience in the insurance industry. Ann started their career at Conseco in 1990 as an Assistant Vice President and worked there until 2003. During their time at Conseco, they held various roles and gained extensive knowledge in the field. In 2003, they joined CoreSource as the Director of Legislative Research and worked there until 2008. Their responsibilities at CoreSource included conducting research and analysis related to legislative matters. In 2009, they joined MJ Insurance, Inc. as an Employee Benefits Manager and later became the Director of Compliance in 2016. As the Director of Compliance, they played a crucial role in advising clients on healthcare and welfare compliance issues, conducting legal research, and helping clients navigate complex regulatory requirements. Ann Poland has a strong background in compliance and legislative research, making their a valuable asset in the insurance industry.

Ann Poland attended Ball State University from 1974 to 1977, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Education.
