Courtney Hutchison

Courtney Hutchison has extensive work experience in the insurance industry. Courtney currently holds the position of Market President - Colorado at MJ Insurance since April 2022. Before that, they worked at Aon for almost 18 years, starting in October 2004 as Senior Vice President and Denver Practice Leader, and leaving in February 2022. Prior to joining Aon, they worked at Arthur J. Gallagher & Co. as a Benefits Consultant from 2000 to 2004.

Courtney Hutchison attended Miami University from 1996 to 2000, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Journalism, Marketing, and Statistics. In 2004, they enrolled in The Wharton School's Certified Employee Benefits Specialist Program, which they completed in 2008. Additionally, in 2017, Courtney pursued post-graduate courses in Organizational Leadership at Harvard Business School and Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management. Courtney also obtained the Certified Employee Benefits Specialist (CEBS) certification from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania and the International Foundation of Employee Benefit Plans in March 2008.
