MacKenzie Derr

Mackenzie Derr is a dedicated talent acquisition specialist at MJ Insurance, where employment began in July 2022. Prior experience includes a role as learning and development manager, corporate recruiter, and loan advisor at Royal United Mortgage LLC from February 2019 to July 2022, as well as serving as a family support specialist at Centerstone from April 2018 to February 2019. Previous positions include receptionist at MarDon Salon and body image coordinator at The Body Project, where Mackenzie planned and conducted workshops promoting body positivity. Mackenzie is an alumna of Sigma Kappa Sorority and holds dual Bachelor of Arts degrees in Media Science and Gender Studies from Indiana University Bloomington. Educational background includes an honors diploma from Boonville High School.
