Romanita also has a long history with World Vision, where they served as the Vice President of U.S. Programs from 1996 to 2016. In this role, they oversaw the deployment of resources and staff, as well as the development and implementation of domestic program strategies. Romanita also held other roles at World Vision, including National Field Operations Director and Executive Director/Program Director.

Romanita H. has a diverse education history. Romanita first attended the University of Washington from 1991 to 1996, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Sociology. During the same period, they also obtained another Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in English from the same university.
After a few years, Romanita pursued further education at Eastern University from 2001 to 2005. Romanita completed a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a focus on Global Development and Non-Profit Management. Additionally, they obtained a Certificate in NGO Leadership from Eastern University in July 2001.
Currently, Romanita is pursuing a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) degree in Organizational Development & Leadership at Regent University. Romanita started their doctoral studies in 2020 and is expected to complete the program in 2024.
