Frederick Hering Sphr

Frederick Hering, SPHR, SHRM-SCP has extensive experience in the field of human resources. Frederick currently holds the position of Vice President of Human Resources at MJB Wood Group. Prior to this, they worked as the Regional Human Resources Manager at TruTeam (formerly Masco Contractor Services) from 2013 to 2022. From 2008 to 2013, they served as the Regional Human Resources Director at The Continental Group Inc. Before that, they held the role of Regional Human Resources Manager at Scholastic Book Fairs from 2006 to 2007 and at Cash America from 2004 to 2006. Frederick'scareer in HR started at the State of Florida, Dept. of Children and Families, where they worked as the Recruitment Manager from 1999 to 2004.

Frederick Hering, SPHR, SHRM-SCP has a Master's degree in Public Administration from the University of Central Florida. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in International Studies from the University of South Carolina. In addition to their formal education, they have obtained several certifications including the SHRM-SCP from SHRM in January 2015, the Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) from HRCI in December 2011, and the Professional in Human Resources (PHR) from HRCI in December 2000.
