Michelle Dennis

Michelle Dennis has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Starting in 1999, they worked as a Tax Professional at H&R Block until 2002. From 2002 to 2005, they served as an Independent Technical Assistant/Industrial Engineer at CSX. In 2005, Michelle joined Lockheed Martin, where they held various roles such as Cost/Schedule Analyst, Master Scheduler, Systems Integration Group Lead, Senior Industrial Engineer, Advanced Strategic Planner/Project Manager, and Missile Production Manager.

In 2015, Michelle joined CoorsTek, Inc. as a Master Black Belt, responsible for process improvement projects at multiple facilities. Michelle was later promoted to Senior Manager Global Process Engineering and then to Director Global Process Engineering. During their time at CoorsTek, Michelle led global projects, partnered with engineering and manufacturing teams, and managed technical project management and process engineering teams. Michelle focused on new material introductions, problem-solving, strategic program management, process controls implementation, international team collaboration, and customer escalation resolution.

As of 2023, Michelle is the Director Global Process Engineering at MJB Wood Group, continuing their expertise in managing process engineering and technical project management teams on a global scale.

Michelle Dennis has a Master of Engineering (M.Eng.) degree in Industrial and Systems Engineering from the University of Florida, which they obtained from 2005 to 2007. Prior to this, from 2000 to 2002, they earned a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Industrial Engineering from North Carolina State University. Additionally, Michelle has obtained certifications as a Certified Master Black Belt (MBB) from CoorsTek, Inc. in January 2019, as well as a certification as a Certified Six Sigma Master Black Belt (CSSMBB™) from the Six Sigma Institute. Michelle also holds a certification as a Control Account Manager (CAM) from Lockheed Martin. The specific months and years of attainment for these certifications are not provided.
