Justin Netka

Justin Netka has a wealth of experience in various roles spanning from 2015 to 2023. From 2015 to 2017, they worked at Knobbe Martens as an Intellectual Property Assistant and Intellectual Property Assistant Clerk. During this time, they created USPTO and client correspondence, gathered and assessed patent documents, and coordinated, scanned, renamed, and filed documents. From 2017 to 2018, they worked at STS as a Product Manager - Personal Systems and HP, Inc. Sales Specialist. During this time, they led a sales team of 15 in meeting sales goals established by HP and STS, conducted in-depth market research and business analysis, and spearheaded the creation and execution of HP marketing plans. Since 2018, they have been employed at MJP Technologies, Inc. as a General Manager.

Justin Netka obtained a Bachelor's degree in Psychology and Social Behavior from UC Irvine between 2011 and 2014. In June 2015, they earned a Certificate in Legal Assistant/Paralegal from the University of California, Irvine Division of Continuing Education. In January 2022, they obtained a Certified Great Game of Business Coach from The Great Game of Business and a Mini MBA Certificate from Pepperdine Graziadio Business School.
