Alan Wilson

Alan Wilson is an accomplished engineering professional with extensive experience in systems engineering and resource management. Currently serving as Engineering Director at MK Test Systems since December 2015, Alan is instrumental in delivering cutting-edge automatic harness testing applications and high voltage test equipment. Prior to this, Alan held multiple roles at Atkins from September 2007 to December 2015, including Chief Engineer and Systems Engineering Lead, focusing on electro-optical systems design, development, and systems integration. Alan's earlier career includes a position as Head of Engineering at Thales Optronics Taunton Limited from 2004 to 2006. Alan holds an MBA from The Open University and a B.Sc. (Hons) in Electrical and Electronic Engineering from the University of Bristol.
