Haley Noviello

Haley has been a competitive equestrian for most of her life, showing horses across the country, which shaped her work ethic, determination and willpower. She believes that every problem has a solution, and no task is too tall – it’s all about creativity.

Prior to MK3, Haley worked in non-profit event planning and production, where she collaborated with organizations such as Meals on Wheels and the ALS Association. She’s always thrived on challenges and being sharply focused on the customer experience.

Haley graduated from Pace University with a bachelor’s degree in film and screen studies, and a minor in creative writing.
