Rick Costello

Rick Costello is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in leadership roles across various companies. Currently serving as CEO and President of MKB Company since March 2023, Rick previously held significant positions including President and Vice President of Strategy and Business Development at Kurtz Bros., Inc. from June 2017 to December 2024. Rick's experience also includes serving as an Operating Partner at Align Capital Partners, where the focus was on growth-oriented investments in lower-middle market companies. Additionally, Rick has held the role of Vice President of Operations at STERIS Corporation and has been the Chief Operating Officer at Integrated Medical Systems International, Inc. and President at Spectrum Surgical. Rick’s career began at Kent Corporation in 1990 as President. Rick holds an MBA in Finance and Policy from the Weatherhead School of Management at Case Western Reserve University and a BSBA in Marketing from John Carroll University.
