Bruno J. Tideman

Bruno J. Tideman is an experienced legal professional with a strong background in various roles within the legal and mediation fields. Currently serving as a bestuurslid at INSOLAD, voorzitter at De Geschillencommissie, and docent at Iuris Legal, Bruno has held significant positions at Cees Advocaten as an advocaat, temporarily managing director, and restructuring expert. Additionally, Bruno serves as a substitute judge at Rechtbank Rotterdam and chairman of Stichting Insolventie Mediation. As a prominent member of VNO-NCW and MKB-Nederland, Bruno contributes to insolvency working groups and was recently an advocate for managing problematic debts at the Ministry of Economic Affairs and Climate.
