Jay Shircliff

Jay Shircliff serves as the Service Manager at MKD Electric since September 2019, where a service department was established through the development of structure, processes, and personnel strategy, alongside the digitalization of order processes. Previously, as Operations Manager at Modspace/William Scotsman from August 2004 to January 2019, Jay implemented successful processes that addressed business challenges, enhancing corporate expansion through cost reduction, revenue growth, and improved stakeholder relations. Earlier roles include Branch Manager at Aggreko, managing significant revenue growth, and Service Manager at Crane America Services, overseeing a team of service technicians. Jay served in the U.S. Army as a Communications Repair specialist and holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management from Indiana University Indianapolis.
