Ray Tighe is an accomplished ecologist and environmental scientist with extensive experience in various roles across multiple organizations. Currently serving as an Environmental Consultant at Kelly Environmental Consulting and Advisory Services since August 2018 and as an Ecologist at McCarthy Keville O’Sullivan Ltd. since January 2018, Tighe also holds a researcher position at the Environmental Health and Sustainability Institute (ESHI), focusing on the interplay between soil, vegetation, and hydrology in dune system morphology. With a Bachelor's degree in Environmental Management from Technological University Dublin and a background in sustainability and environmental legislation through prior roles with DIT Campus Life and as Green Campus Secretary, Tighe has cultivated a diverse skill set that emphasizes ecological research and public engagement in environmental issues. Previous experience includes co-owning RayCon Construction and working as a blocklayer, demonstrating a broader understanding of environmental impacts in construction contexts.
