Michael Miller has extensive experience in vegetation research, particularly focusing on rare plants and species at risk. Michael has worked as an Independent Consultant and as a Post-Doctoral Researcher at the University of Victoria, specializing in the population dynamics of Lyall's mariposa lily. With a background in biology and English, Michael has also taught courses in plant ecology, population ecology, and plant systematics. Additionally, Michael has practical experience in visitor services and has advised grassroots afforestation projects.
