Laura Muse

Laura Muse is an experienced Business Analyst currently working at mkodo since March 2020, following a role as a Technical Author at Nomad Digital from January 2019 to February 2020. At Nomad Digital, Laura was responsible for requirements elicitation for mobile applications, producing both technical and non-technical documentation, and developing product collateral for Sales Enablement. Laura implemented a Product Documentation intranet site and integrated the documentation team into JIRA to align with agile practices. Prior experience includes serving as a Business Cloud Technician at Sage, where Laura authored technical documentation and provided technical support for cloud-based software, and worked in customer retention and sales at Sky. Laura holds a Master’s Degree in Twentieth Century Literary Studies from Durham University obtained between 2016 and 2018.
