Jackie Qiao, GRP, CCP, is a seasoned professional in total rewards management with extensive experience across various leading companies. Currently serving as the Asia Head of Total Rewards at MKS Instruments since April 2020, Jackie has previously held significant roles, including Head of APAC Total Rewards at Sandisk and Regional C&B Manager at Jabil. Throughout an impressive career that began as a Tax Consultant at PwC, Jackie has developed and implemented total rewards strategies across multiple countries in Asia, ensuring alignment with global standards. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from East China University of Science and Technology, along with certifications in Total Rewards (CCP) and Global Remuneration (GRP) obtained between 2017 and 2020.
