Kathleen F. Burke

Kathleen Burke currently serves as Executive Vice President and General Counsel at MKS Instruments, a $4 billion public company, where responsibilities encompass leading a global legal team, corporate governance, strategic management, mergers and acquisitions, risk and crisis management, and regulatory compliance since 2004. Prior to this role, Kathleen was a Jr Partner at WilmerHale from 1994 to 2004, advising clients on regulatory compliance and equity offerings. Kathleen also held various leadership positions at the Association of Corporate Counsel-Northeast Chapter between 2009 and 2020, including President and Board Member. Kathleen's educational background includes a J.D. from Boston College Law School and a B.A. from Boston College.
