Kyung Kim

Kyung Kim is an experienced engineer with a strong background in mechanical engineering and systems development. Currently serving as a Senior Principal Systems Engineer at MKS Instruments since May 2018, Kyung previously held the position of Senior Systems Engineer at ESI, an MKS Brand, where the focus was on developing Front End Process Modules with overseas vendors. Prior experience includes a role as a Mechanical Engineer at ESI and significant leadership roles at Samsung Techwin, overseeing multi-national R&D teams in the development of electro-mechanical systems. Kyung's career began at LG Electric, specializing in packaging and thermal design. Academic achievements include a PhD and an MS from KAIST, coupled with a BS from Yonsei University, all in Mechanical Engineering.
