Matt Waddell

Matt Waddell has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Matt is currently the Finance Director for Vacuum Products at MKS Instruments since April 2023. Prior to that, they worked in various finance and leadership roles at Philips for a duration of 16 years. Some of their notable roles at Philips include being the Strategic Finance Director for Sleep and Respiratory Care, Business Finance Lead for Medical Sensors and General & Specialty Care, and Director of Financial Planning and Analysis for Patient Care and Clinical Informatics. Before joining Philips, they served as the Sales Director at mindSHIFT Technologies from 2004 to 2006. Matt also gained sales experience at Asian Atlantic Industries from 2001 to 2003 and served as the Director of Business Development at efavorites from 2000 to 2001. Matt Waddell earned an MBA from Babson F.W. Olin Graduate School of Business from 2003 to 2005. Prior to that, they completed a BA in English and Economics at Middlebury College from 1990 to 1994. In 1987 and 1989, they attended Burke Mountain Academy, but no degree or field of study is specified for this period.
