Mauricio G.

Mauricio G. is a highly experienced engineering professional specializing in optical components, materials development, and semiconductor processes. Currently serving as a Principal R&D Engineer at MKS Instruments since January 2023, Mauricio leads initiatives to develop and implement characterization processes for EUV and DUV optical components. Previous roles include Principal Materials Engineer at Universal Hydrogen, where Mauricio advanced composite overwrapped pressure vessels for hydrogen storage, and Senior Lithography System Engineer at ASML, focusing on contamination reduction in lithography systems.
