Pam Clark

Pam Clark is an experienced financial professional currently serving as the Controller for Shared Services at MKS Instruments since August 2019. Previously, Pam held various roles at Bruker, including Investor Relations during a maternity leave cover and Senior Manager of Accounting Regional Finance/Shared Services, where responsibilities included standardizing operations and implementing key performance indicators. At Philips North America, Pam was the Accounting Controller following a departmental merger and previously served as Senior Manager of both Accounting and Internal Control and Accounting Operations, overseeing accounting integrity for numerous business units. Pam's career also included management positions at Xerium Technologies, Nashua Corporation, and Nortel Networks, focusing on credit management and compliance. Pam holds a Master of Science in Accounting from Southern New Hampshire University and a Bachelor of Science in Management from Daniel Webster College.
