Raj Batra

Raj Batra serves as an Executive Advisor at Kearney since October 2024 and holds multiple prominent roles including Board Member at Advanced Technology Services and Chairman and Co-Founder of Automation x Digital. Batra has been a Board Director at Amsted Industries and MKS Instruments since 2019 and 2018, respectively, actively participating in audit, governance, and compensation committees at both organizations. Batra’s previous experience includes over three decades at Siemens, where leadership roles encompassed President of Siemens Industry Inc. and Digital Industries USA. Additionally, Batra held a directorial role at Shapeways and previously chaired the Board of the National Electrical Manufacturers Association. Batra earned a Master of Business Administration from the University of Michigan and a Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Lawrence Technological University.
