Renee Donlan

Renee Donlan is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in corporate law and compliance. Currently serving as Vice President, Divisional General Counsel, and Chief Compliance Officer at MKS Instruments since June 2008, Renee has held various leadership roles including VP & Divisional General Counsel, Assistant General Counsel - Business Operations, and Senior Corporate Counsel. Prior experience includes serving as Corporate Counsel at IONA Technologies, Counsel at Progress, and Counsel at eXcelon Corporation. Renee Donlan holds a Juris Doctor degree from Boston University School of Law and a Bachelor's degree in Political Science with a minor in International Business from Saint Michael's College.
