Wayne Cole

Wayne Cole has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. Wayne began their career in 1990 as a Sales and Applications Engineer at EdgeTech. Wayne then moved on to IN USA, Incorporated, where they worked as a Regional Sales Manager until 2000. From 2000 to 2009, Wayne served as a Business Unit Manager at MKS Instruments. After that, they worked as a Program Director at Energetiq Technology Inc from 2009 to 2010, and as a National Sales Manager at 3M Touch Systems from 2010 to 2011. Wayne then returned to MKS Instruments and held various leadership positions such as General Manager and Vice President in different business units until 2023. Additionally, they have served as a Board Member for the Jack M. Wilson Center for Entrepreneurship at the University of Massachusetts Lowell since 2019.

Wayne Cole obtained their MBA degree in Entrepreneurship from Babson F.W. Olin Graduate School of Business in the years 2000 to 2003. Prior to that, they completed their BSEE degree at the University of Massachusetts Lowell in 1990. Additionally, Wayne Cole attended The Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth, although no specific degree or field of study was provided.
