Chris Carkner

Chris Carkner currently serves as the Global Head of Minting at MKS PAMP GROUP since December 2024, overseeing an integrated precious metals group with a significant global presence. Prior to this role, Chris held the position of Chief Executive Officer at MTB Metals from January 2019 to November 2024, leading one of the world's top distributors of precious metal bullion products and numismatic coins. From May 1997 to January 2019, Chris was with the Royal Canadian Mint, advancing through multiple leadership roles, including Vice President of Sales, responsible for global sales in bullion, numismatics, and foreign circulation. Additionally, Chris has contributed as a board member for organizations such as Peer Ledger Inc., Palliative Care Outreach Program, and TGM Specialty Services. Chris holds a Master of Business Administration degree from the University of Ottawa and has furthered education at prestigious institutions, including the University of Chicago Booth School of Business and The Wharton School.
