Aydan Nazarli

Aydan Nazarli is currently the Leading Human Resource Operations Specialist at MKT Cotton LLC, a prominent cotton brand in Azerbaijan, since February 2023. Prior to this role, Aydan served as a Human Resources Specialist at Zeytun Pharmaceuticals MMC from October 2019 to October 2022, advancing through various HR positions including Junior Human Resources Specialist, Human Resources Assistant, and Human Resources Intern. Aydan gained initial HR experience as an Intern at BSC Consulting in August 2019 and worked as a Project Manager and HR Assistant at 3Dost Animation Advertising Agency from September 2016 to August 2018. Aydan holds a Master's degree in International Relations and Diplomacy from Baku Slavic University, completed in 2018, and a Bachelor's degree in International Relations from the same institution, obtained in 2016.
