Tristan Dacre

Tristan Dacre, AIA, NCARB, is a seasoned architect with extensive experience in overseeing architectural design and project management. Currently serving as Senior Lead Architect at ML Group Design + Development since April 2021, Tristan manages the architectural design department, leads projects from conception to development, and collaborates with clients and subcontractors. Prior roles include Principal at Dacre & Youngquist, LLC, where relationship-building and project execution were key responsibilities, and Project Manager / Associate at Aumiller Youngquist, P.C., where Tristan managed diverse project phases and office standards. Early career experience includes a Design Intern position at Keystone Architecture, Inc. Tristan holds a BA in Architecture and Science from Ball State University, completed in 1996.
