Shannon Stroud, sHRBP, is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in talent management and organizational development. Currently serving as Vice President of Talent at ML Talent Strategies since February 2021, Shannon focuses on delivering effective people strategies for small to mid-sized companies. Previous roles include Director of Training & Development at AOTMP®, where Shannon oversaw educational initiatives and HR functions, and Director of Outplacement Practice at The Center for Leadership Excellence, managing business development and personal coaching.
