Jonathan Faccento

Jonathan Faccento is an experienced marketing professional specializing in email and marketing automation. Currently serving as Manager of Email & Marketing Automation at Major League Baseball since April 2017, Jonathan collaborates with various teams across 30 MLB clubs, leading initiatives like the implementation of the email service provider Iterable and designing interactive email experiences. Previously, Jonathan held multiple roles at Macy's from December 2014 to March 2017, managing large-scale email campaigns and digital asset production. Early career experience includes positions at The Madison Square Garden Company as an HTML & Email Programmer, freelance graphic design work, and roles in business development and marketing at Simione Healthcare Consultants and United Way of Greater New Haven. Jonathan holds an MS in Interactive Communications from Quinnipiac University and a BS in Communication from Southern Connecticut State University.
