Justin Charschan

Justin Charschan currently serves as Senior Manager of Ticketing, Tourism & Ancillary Revenue at Major League Baseball, following a progressive career in ticketing that includes roles such as Manager and Senior Coordinator. In addition to his position at MLB, Justin is a member of the Board of Advisors for the Penn State Sports Business Conference. Past experiences include a ticket sales ambassador role at IMG Learfield Ticket Solutions and various positions within Penn State Intercollegiate Athletics, where responsibilities encompassed marketing strategy management and event coordination. Justin has also contributed to organizations like the Big Ten Network and the NFL, gaining experience in marketing, public relations, and event operations. Justin holds a Bachelor’s Degree from Penn State University.
