Sean Wheatley has extensive experience in strategy roles, currently serving as Director of On-Field Strategy at Major League Baseball since November 2022, following a progression of roles including Senior Manager and Manager in the same department. Prior to MLB, Sean Wheatley worked at Booz Allen Hamilton from April 2016 to November 2022 as an Associate and Senior Consultant, as well as a Consultant. Additional experience includes a position as an Advanced Modeling Analyst at Mindshare and internships at G.S. Wilcox & Co. and Chubb Insurance. Sean Wheatley holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Interdisciplinary Studies in Math and Economics from Bucknell University, completed in 2015, and is a graduate of Cranford High School.
