Brent's expertise lies in developing tailored wealth solutions and employee value propositions, managing substantial asset portfolios, and overseeing operational risk across multiple regions. Brent's career began at Arthur Andersen & Co. as a Chartered Accountant, followed by roles at Merrill Lynch and EY, where leadership in audit and consulting for notable banking institutions was demonstrated. Brent holds various educational qualifications, including an Advanced Diploma of Financial Planning and a short-form Executive MBA.
