Taylor Kubacak

Taylor Kubacak's work experience includes:

1. Central/South/West Texas Mastercam Outside Sales Account Manager at MLC CAD Systems, LLC since January 2021. Previously held positions as Business Development Representative from January 2019 to December 2020, and as an Inside Sales Representative from July 2018 to December 2018.

2. Plant Manager at Cibolo Sprayers, Inc from December 2017 to June 2018. Responsibilities included manufacturing, mechanical design and drafting, engineering, metal fabrication and machining, installation of wiring harnesses, sprayer heads, pump boxes, hydraulic booms, and cylinders on herbicide spray trucks, as well as troubleshooting mechanical and computer systems for herbicide applications.

3. Plant Manager and Engineer at Texas Wildlife Supply from September 2014 to December 2017. Involved in manufacturing, engineering, and fabrication of hunting and ranching equipment. Managed logistics, planned and organized deliveries, and set up client installations. Used Solidworks CAD with CNC machinery.

4. Summer Intern at Broadwind Energy in 2014. Conducted time studies on wind turbine tower production and efficiency. Assisted in creating graphic descriptions for manuals.

5. Manager, Truck Driver, Builder, and Designer at Texas Wildlife Supply from June 2010 to March 2014. Assembled and constructed deer blinds, deer feeders, feedbins, and feedjets for hunting and ranching purposes. Responsible for delivery, set up, and compliance with DOT regulations.

Taylor Kubacak obtained a Bachelor's degree in Mathematics & Engineering from Texas Tech University, where they studied from 2012 to 2017. In addition to their degree, Taylor has obtained certifications in Solution Selling from Sandler Training in February 2019 and Lean Management from ExpertRating Inc. in May 2018.
