Anna Szadkowska

Anna Szadkowska is a Customer Experience Development Specialist at mLeasing Sp. z o.o. since October 2023, with prior experience as a Customer Experience Specialist at Digital Care Group from July 2022 to November 2023. At Digital Care Group, Anna analyzed and monitored customer experiences related to mobile device products and services, identifying areas for improvement and developing new solutions through qualitative and quantitative research methods. Anna holds a Master's degree in Ethnology and Cultural Anthropology from the University of Lodz, completed in October 2019.
