Andrew Evanich

Andrew Evanich is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in real estate, finance, and community planning. Currently a Senior Associate at MLG Capital since April 2022, Andrew previously held roles including Community Planning Manager and Management Associate at Toll Brothers from May 2019 to April 2022. Additional experience includes positions such as Summer Associate in Global Real Estate Research at Invesco US, Associate in Development for Senior Living at Caddis, and Financial Analyst in Healthcare Business Valuation at VMG Health. Earlier career roles encompassed risk analysis at J.P. Morgan, sales and marketing internship at Surgical Notes, and various internships in accounting and administrative support. Andrew holds an MBA in Real Estate from SMU Cox School of Business, where also earned a double major in Finance and Economics.
