Maher Nahas has worked in various roles throughout their career. Maher started as an HR Officer at Averda from 2012 to 2015, where they were responsible for managing a new branch launch and solving employees' problems. Maher then worked as a Construction Superintendent at New Boxer from 2015 to 2016, overseeing a villa construction project and saving costs through negotiations with subcontractors. From 2016 to 2020, they worked as a Supervisor/Caregiver at Henin services limited, providing care for a special needs adult. More recently, they have worked at Mlily USA, starting as a Purchasing and Inventory Control Technician (2020-2022), then moving on to be a Data Analyst (2022-2022), and eventually becoming an Operations Manager & Data Analyst (2022-2023). In their current role as the Director of Operations at Mlily USA (since 2023), they have implemented standard operating procedures and managed employee evaluations and KPIs. Maher has also been involved in system management and process improvement to increase efficiency and minimize workload. Overall, Maher Nahas has a diverse background in operations, data analysis, caregiving, and construction management.

Maher Nahas pursued their education diligently, starting with their time at Rawdah High School from 1992 to 2007. During this period, they obtained an Associate's degree with a focus on Sociology and Economics. Maher then continued their academic journey by enrolling at the Lebanese American University, where they studied from 2007 to 2012. At the university, Maher earned their Bachelor's degree, specializing in Banking, Corporate, Finance, and Securities Law.
