Emily Mastrocola

Emily Mastrocola is a skilled cost engineer currently employed at MLJ Contracting Corp since June 2023. Previously, Mastrocola held various positions at Picone from August 2018 to June 2023, including Cost Control Manager, Assistant Project Controls Manager, and Junior Cost Engineer, all associated with the 3rd Track Project in Westbury, New York. Earlier roles include Junior Field Engineer at Posillico and Transportation Construction Inspector at the New York State Department of Transportation, where Mastrocola inspected construction on the RTE 347 project in Smithtown, New York.
