Andy Fildes

Andy Fildes has extensive experience in project and program management within the telecommunications sector. Currently serving as Head of Service Provider Programmes at MLL Telecom since October 2019, Andy has previously held multiple senior positions at Ericsson from December 2005 to April 2018, including Head of Supply for West and Central Europe and Transmission Programme Manager on the Meteor Project in Ireland. Additional roles include service delivery and project management at Hutchison 3G (UK) Ltd. and Team Telecom, as well as senior positions at Yorkshire Electricity and Ionica, demonstrating a rich background in network deployment and integration. Andy Fildes is an alumnus of the University of Humberside, having studied from 1990 to 1993.
