Armin P. Piehler

Armin P. Piehler has extensive work experience in the field of clinical pathology. Armin P.'smost recent position was as the Head of Non-Malignant Hematology and Clinical Pathologist at MLL Münchner Leukämielabor starting in February 2023. Prior to that, they worked as a Freelancer AI Consultant in Clinical Pathology from April 2019. From October 2019 to January 2023, they served as the Medical Director at OnkoMedeor Diagnostic MVZ GmbH, Clinical Pathology. Armin P. has also worked as a Guest Researcher at the Institute of Computational Biology from June to August 2019. From October 2016 to March 2019, they worked as a Consultant Clinical Pathologist and Medical Director at Bioscientia Institut für Medizinische Diagnostik GmbH. From March 2011 to August 2016, they served as a Consultant Clinical Pathologist at Fürst Medical Laboratory. Armin P. Armin P. Piehler has an extensive education history. Armin P. began their academic journey at the University of Regensburg, where they pursued a Bachelor of Medicine degree from 1997 to 2003. After completing their medical studies, they further specialized in the field of Molecular Biology and obtained a Dr. med. degree from the same university from 1999 to 2004.

Continuing their pursuit of knowledge, Armin enrolled at the University of Oslo (UiO) in 2007 for their PhD in Molecular Biology. Armin P. successfully completed this program in 2009. During this time, they also attended Oslo University Hospital to acquire expertise in Medical Biochemistry, earning a Specialist in Medical Biochemistry degree from 2004 to 2009.

In 2012, Armin expanded their academic horizons by enrolling at the BI Norwegian Business School. Armin P. completed their Master of Management degree from 2012 to 2015, specializing in Project Management, Applied Economics and Leadership, and Innovation and Commercialization.

Moreover, Armin has pursued additional certifications to enhance their skillset. Armin P. completed the Python for Everybody Specialization program offered by the University of Michigan in April 2020. In June 2019, they obtained a certification in AI For Everyone from Coursera Course Certificates. Additionally, they completed a Machine Learning course from Coursera in April 2019. Armin's diverse expertise also extends to being an Assessor for the Norwegian Accreditation Body, a qualification they obtained from the Norwegian Accreditation in February 2013.
