Devanne Bozic has extensive experience in sales support and customer service across multiple industries. Currently serving as a Sales Support Specialist and Scheduling Manager at MLM Home Improvement since September 2017, Devanne manages day-to-day operations and customer communication, coordinating appointments for the sales team. Previous roles include Customer Account Executive - Retention at Comcast Cable, where responsibilities included enhancing customer satisfaction through personalized sales solutions, and various management positions at retail companies such as H&M, Journeys, Claire's Accessories, and GameStop, focusing on sales performance, team motivation, and customer service. Devanne's educational background includes studies at Montgomery College and Bethesda Chevy-Chase High School.
