Chris Dial

Chris Dial has a diverse work experience in various leadership roles. Chris is currently the Director of Safety Lab Operations at MLM Medical Labs. Prior to this, they worked as the Senior Director of Business Operations and Analytics at Tergus Pharma, where they implemented systems to improve project tasks and increased revenues. Chris also served as the Director of Business Development at CSM, where they successfully grew the sales territory. Chris has experience in the analytical field as well, having worked as the Director of Analytical R&D at Tergus Pharma and as the Global Director of Analytical Solutions at Catalent Pharma Solutions. In the latter role, they achieved significant revenue growth, implemented ERP systems, and facilitated cross-site programs. Additionally, Chris held managerial positions at Cardinal Health and Magellan Laboratories.
