Nicole Jansen-Paland

Nicole Jansen-Paland has extensive experience in the field of medical laboratory work. Nicole started their career as a Biologisch technische Assistentin at Labor Dr. Wisplinghoff in 1998 and worked there until 2000. Nicole then joined MVZ Med. Versorgungszentrum Labor Dr. Stein & Kollegen GbR as a Biologisch technische Assistentin until 2006. Nicole then joined MLM Medical Labs in 2006 as the Head of Quality Management, where they still hold the position.

Nicole Jansen-Paland earned a certification in Quality Management from the Hochschule für Technik und Wirtschaft des Saarlandes Saarbrücken in 2013-2014. Prior to that, they completed their studies as a State Certified Biological Technical Assistant at the Rheinische Akademie Köln from 1996 to 1998.
