Burcu Tokmak has extensive experience in management roles, with a focus on customer service and sales. Currently serving as Çağrı Merkezi Müdürü at MLPCARE since October 2015, Burcu has a strong background in telesales and team performance management, previously holding the position of Telesales Manager at Akfa Holding. Additionally, Burcu has experience in educational sales as a Supervisor for Asist Öğretim Kurumu, overseeing teams that engaged with parents of school-age children.
