Matthew Smith is a highly experienced technical professional with a solid background in managing and implementing complex technology projects, particularly with Cisco products. Currently serving as Technical Director and Technical Architect at MLR Networks Ltd since January 2012, Matthew specializes in converting business goals into effective solutions for C-Level audiences. Previously, as an IP Telephony Engineer, Matthew contributed to 2nd and 3rd line support for managed service customers and focused on designing Cisco Unified Communication solutions. Prior experience includes roles as a Security Engineer and ISOC Support Engineer at Imerja Limited, where Matthew participated in round-the-clock support operations for diverse customer networks.
