Meredith Harrison

Meredith Harrison is currently a Recruiting Specialist and Human Resources Assistant at Mountain Land Physical Therapy since July 2022, while also working as a Server at Spring Creek Brewing Company. Prior experience includes serving as a Mental Performance Consultant at the Center of Performance Excellence - University of Denver from September 2020 to June 2022, where Meredith facilitated consulting sessions with teams and athletes, fostering trust and empowerment. Additionally, Meredith has experience as a Resident Assistant at YMCA of the Rockies, handling conflict resolution and staff coordination, and as a JV Head Coach at St. James School, focusing on skill development and positive team dynamics. Meredith holds a Master of Arts in Sport and Performance Psychology from the University of Denver and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Huntingdon College.
