Eric Kiely

Eric Kiely has extensive experience in ticket operations and customer service within the sports and live events industries. Currently serving as the Manager of Ticket Operations & Reporting at MLSE since July 2017, Eric has held various positions within the organization, including Assistant Manager, Premium Service - Music & Live Events, and multiple account management roles. Prior experience includes working as an Account Executive at the Hamilton Tiger-Cats Football Club and a Media Relations Intern with the Canadian Women's Hockey League. Eric's career began at MLSE with roles in promotions and media relations, where responsibilities ranged from engaging with fans to assisting media teams with game day operations. Eric holds a Bachelor of Sport Management from Brock University and a Post Graduate degree in Sport and Event Marketing from George Brown College.
